Amos Nimmo is the managing owner of Candor Tech Solutions, leading the business, working closely with clients, and setting the technical direction behind everything Candor does.

With over 20 years of IT experience—including more than a decade in managed services—Amos has helped grow a small MSP from the ground up, supported enterprise infrastructure in a Fortune 500 environment, and built the systems and standards that drive consistent, reliable service.

He's been described by multiple business owners as a unicorn in his field—combining deep technical expertise with genuinely human, relationship-driven service. Amos focuses on understanding how each business operates and delivering solutions that actually fit.

Personal

Amos is convinced he was born in the wrong state. After spending most of his life in snowy Minnesota, he's spent the last few years embracing everything Northern California has to offer—hiking, boating, and enjoying the outdoors year-round with his wife and two boys.

He's also a passionate musician, regularly playing electric guitar at home and in his local church. When he's not working, you'll likely find him building an over-the-top sandwich, perfecting his homemade thin crust Midwest-style pizza (the one thing he still misses), or enjoying a late-night hang with friends.
