Should we move to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

It depends on what your team uses. If your business runs on Excel, Word, and Outlook, Microsoft 365 is usually the better fit. If you're already living in Gmail, Docs, and Sheets, Google Workspace is the easier path. We help you pick based on your team and budget — not based on what we sell.

Can you migrate our email and files to the cloud?

Yes. We handle email, contact, calendar, and file migrations from on-premises servers, Exchange, IMAP, or other cloud providers. We plan the cutover to minimize disruption — usually with little to no downtime for your team.

Do we still need backup if we're in the cloud?

Yes. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace protect against their own outages, but they don't protect you from accidental deletion, ransomware, or a departing employee taking data with them. We deploy third-party cloud backup so you can recover anything, anytime.

Can you secure our cloud accounts?

Yes. We turn on MFA, lock down admin accounts, configure conditional access, set up email security (DMARC/SPF/DKIM), and monitor for compromised accounts. Cloud doesn't mean secure by default.
